I build software that people understand, trust, enjoy and come back to.

Software engineering student in Berlin. I build the backend, design the front, and care about both.

About

I’m İpek, a software engineering student based in Berlin.

I’m from Istanbul and study at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Potsdam. I like working across the whole stack: REST APIs with Python and FastAPI, fault-tolerant apps on AWS, services in Docker, and product concepts in Figma. I care about how things work underneath and how they feel to the person using them.

Outside of code I run Xritech.com, a technology review site I built from scratch and grew with SEO. I take ownership of my work end to end and I learn fast. I speak Turkish, English (C1) and German (A2).

I’d rather do it properly than just get it done.
